新目标英语八年级(下)Unit5 If you go to the party ,you’ll have a good time !设计

一、内容及分析 本单元是以“参加聚会”为话题,开展教学活动。通过谈论某个推断,学习if以引导的条件状语从句。通过丰富多彩的语言实践,既掌握了flower, against, chance, tonight等词的用法,又在语言情景中对 if 状语从句主句用将来时,从句用一般现在时进行了充分的操练。与此同时,我们还要学习许多新词如jeans, organize, agent, lawyer 等。引导学生用If引导的条件状语从句来谈论事件之间的因果关系,并分析得出处理决定,或给出解决的意见。从而培养听力,口语交际及逻辑判断的能力。 进一步了解有关国内外一些特殊职业情况,培养协调能力和合作精神,体会学习英语的乐趣,树立远大的目标,并为之不懈地努力。

二、学习者特征分析 本单元教材面对的是八年级学生,他们英语上听说读写等技能有一定的基础,能基本上用英语表达简单的句子及意思。学习本单元之前接触过一些条件状语从句,也提到过主将从现得原则。加上本单元的单词基本上都是他们学过的。在前边谈论的话题的基础上进一步的引申,比如谈到规章制度,谈到未来的理想等话题,学生们都很熟悉。所以在进行本单元的内容时如果能有效地温故而知新就减小了难度。

三、单元整体目标分析

If you go to the party, you will have a great time.(if 引导的条件状语从句,其结构为:if +状语从句,+主句)。要注意在状语从句中有一个规则是“主将从现”,即主句是将来时,则从句要用一般现在时表示将来。

2、情感态度与价值观:a. 由于本单元话题贴近学生生活,符合他们热爱休闲的心理,可以提高他们学习英语的兴趣,积极参与英语实践活动。b. 学习因果关系的表达和做出合理的建议。 c. 谈论自己的感受,同时使学生在英语交流中注意并观察他人的情感。

四、重点难点

1. 学习运用be going to 和will构成的一般将来时。

2. if 引导的条件状语从句。

3. 学习谈论因果关系.

4. 做出决定是否做某事.

五、教法选择、学法指导与资源准备

根据《英语课标》和本单元教材内容,以及八年级学生的生活、学习实际,我采用任务型语言教学,情景视听法,交际法途径,将教学目标设计成符合学生生活学习实际的任务链,尽量使学生在参与任务的过程中学习运用语言,形成语言能力,并使用多媒体辅助教学手段为学生学习营造较好的语言学习环境,采用推测、查阅或询问等方法进行学习,提高学生学习语言的积极性。设计探究式的学习活动,促进学生实践能力和创新思维的发展,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、形成自主学习能力的过程。同时在教学中引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法,并以循序渐进的方式来进行教学。

学法指导:自主学习与合作学习相结合,听说读写相结合,知识学习与技能培养相结合。

一、教材内容分析

本节课是第五单元的第一课时,主要目标首先是学到几个生单词,如“jeans, organize ,happen ,短语:go to the party ,let sb in ,have a good time ,stay at home ,make food ,have it etc.重点在于开始了解由if 引导的条件状语从句的基本句型构成,通过各种形式的操练,达到学会用if 从句谈论问题即假设。

四、学习者特征分析

If 引导 的条件状语从句以前在练习题中接触过,也曾向学生透露过,不过不是作为重点讲解,细心的学生还是有一定的基础的。至少了解条件状语从句的基本句型构成。知道“主将从现”的规则。

教法选择:采用激趣法,直观演示法,口语交际法,视听法,听说法,任务型教学法,运用多媒体让学生积极参与,大胆实践,共同交流与合作。

八、总结和帮助(反思及改进) 、

修改之前先对1a部分呈现,感觉后边的听力1a就没多大意义 ,所以把幻灯片1a部分的呈现部分借鉴了双河老师所做的内容,现根据其他内容引入,然后进行听力,再根据1a部分简单练习,再进行2a,2b 部分的听力,再设置情境进行pairwork 口语练习。这样感觉训练了学生的听力,再通过听力进行口语练习,循序渐进,比较符合学生接受语言的规律。

七年级下册课本第12 单元,Don’t eat in class ,都以具体学到各种规章制度,并且第一课时也学到if 的基本句型,所以本节课,就先得容易多了,谈论学生身边的事,也会使他们有更大的兴趣。

通过上节课的学习,学生们对If 从具有了基本的了解,本节课利用他们身边熟悉的班级管理条例和一些规章制度来引出话题,激发了他们的兴趣,存在问题是,幻灯片的底色有点深,挡住了一些文字,另外谈论几个公共场合的规章制度时间较紧,可留下让学生做作业时的选择。

通过第一课时的目标语言的呈现,第二课时对目标语言的操练,本节课主要从听力方面着手去继续掌握本单元的知识内容。另外在听力基础上进行巩固练习,并处理self check 部分的练习,进一步达到掌握语言的目的。

学生在第一课和第二课的基础上在接受语言,显得比较容易,但本结课是听力,内容比较枯燥无味,所以从课件安排上对启发学生的积极性要多注重点。这样才能达到事半功倍的效果。

本节课由于没有再多媒体实践,很多幻灯片都无法体会,但从课堂的反馈,先设置情境进行句型复习效果良好,然后再由自己生活中最重要的事情引入本节课的话题,在谈论本节课的话题比较成功。在听力方面存在一个难点,让学生根据2b部分内容谈论,很多学生都不感兴趣,或是感觉有点难,于是换用谈论自己的理想选择时,学生很感兴趣。然后再练习做题,基本上完成了教学任务,取得了良好的效果。

一、教材内容分析

第四课时为Section B部分的3a-4的内容,主要是以一篇文章形式向我们呈现本节课的重点内容。在前三个课时的说,听及写的基础上,再要求我们进行阅读训练,并且还强调写的能力的训练。本节课要求我们能读懂文章的同时,还要根据文章,学会写自己的文章,继续训练目标句型及目标语言。

四、 学习者特征分析

在前三课时的听说读写等训练中,基本上能读通简单的句子,但遇到有生词的阻扰时,就不敢或者说没兴趣再读下去了,这是八年级大部分学生存在的问题。遇到不懂地没有记笔记的好习惯,只是写过扔过。不去消化吸收并学以致用。结合他们的特点,这节课尽量培养他们阅读的能力,并利用各种有效的途径提高他们阅读的质量。

教法选择:利用问题或表格诱导阅读法;任务型教学法,多媒体手段。

学法指导:带着问题阅读文章;小组合作探讨重点,难点知识,教师加以解释强调。

学生对明星非常感兴趣,于是借此机会引入话题,并让他们进行讨论Do you want to be a star or a professional athletes ?Why or why not ?很多学生很有见解,通过引导,基本上说出了本节课要学的内容。于是趁热打铁,让学生朗读课文,完成3a 部分的表格,效果不错。再通过各种途径的读,如集体读,个别读等,让学生足够熟悉课文,再合上课本完成文章的所缺的词,效果不错。最后总结本节课的要点,并完成练习。但时间有限,学生还不能当堂完成背诵任务。
